A wildly popular cheesehead who runs around Greenbay promising to kill all living cheese.  He hosts a million dollar celebrity game show called "Name THAT Cheese!"  The winner recieves several thousand pounds of cheese and a small family of elves.  He gets his kicks selling kangaroos illeagally on the internet for 10 dollars or several hundred francs.
